Wholistic Leadership Circles
Wholistic Leadership Circles (WLC) is a transformative leadership development and group coaching experience. Over six months, we lead small groups of leaders who are navigating the growing complexity and challenges of our current business climate. Together, we deep-dive into the internal barriers that keep leaders from realizing their full potential and learn how to apply those insights. Cohorts begin twice a year. Deep Coaching Certification
The Deep Coaching Certification (DCC) is a 10-month coach training program accredited by both the ICF and IEA. Through DCC, students learn the Deep Coaching Institute’s somatic coaching methodology and apply the Enneagram to support clients - and themselves - to attune to the body and source wisdom for what is unfolding in the present moment. Object Relations and the Enneagram
Object Relations theory is a powerful foundation for understanding how we perceive the world, our place in it, and how this translates to our relationships. This 7-week course provides the fundamentals of Object Relations theory, dominant patterns common to each Enneagram point, and tools for recognizing and engaging with these patterns, moving from constriction to freedom. This course is approved for ICF CCE units. It is generally offered twice a year. For information about the next session, visit the course page.
Enneagram Soul Circles
The hard truth is, getting honest about our personality patterns can be painful as well as liberating. In Enneagram Circles, you will find connection, support, and community to walk alongside you as you come home to your essential self. Groups are small, providing space and time for you to share what you are learning about yourself, with facilitation to deepen your integration. Circles begin a couple of times a year.
